1\4 cup tahni
1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 teaspoons of Thai chili paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
-Blend together and add a little water to dilute
