Tofu Scramble
If you’re craving a savory breakfast or are transitioning to plant based lifestyle and craving eggs, this tofu scramble will hit the spot!
Ingredients:
1 small block of firm tofu, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (for color)
Veggies of choice, I used
Onion, chopped
Bell peppers, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce to drizzle on top once cooked
Directions:
In a pan sauté the onion and peppers in either olive oil or water for 2-3 minutes then add the crumbled tofu and spice stir well and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
This is delicious with potatoes or avocado and sliced tomatoes!
