Combine all ingredients and top with peaches and maple syrup in the morning.
* 1/4 cup chia seeds
* 2 cups dry oatmeal
* 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 3 cups almond milk
* 2 diced peach
* Add maple syrup to taste
