High Protein Sheet Pancakes
Sieve and mix:
3 cups oat flour
1 cup MVP vanilla protein powder
3 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tsp salt
Separate mix:
3 cups oat milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 Tsp vanilla
Combine dry and wet mixture and whisk until there are no lumps.
Bake at 350* for 35mins
Top with fruit , butter , and syrup
