Now we enjoy preparing simple yet delicious and healthy meals that don’t take much time and don’t add to the toxic load!

Sautéed mushrooms, red onion, zucchini, squash
Add pinto beans
Homemade guacamole
(Avocados, lime, red onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, cayenne)
Spanish style quinoa
Shredded lettuce
Top w salsa
Apothe cherry w pellegrino and ice to drink.
