Curry with Shrimp & Veggies
Curry with Shrimp & Veggies
Combine in a large sauce pot-
Onion & Fresh ginger, Garlic and sautee in Avocado or coconut oil
Add, One box of organic veggie broth
One can of organic pineapple
Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots (organic frozen veggie mix from Costco)
Curry seasoning (I used organic curry powder, heavy amount, to taste)
Tumeric
Coconut milk (or coconut cream if calories are not your worry)
A dollop of raw, organic cocnut oil
Done red chili flakes if you want a little heat
1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast
Sea Salt
Pepper
Shrimp (I used frozen wild caught shrimp from Costco)
Served over tumeric rice and bean sprouts
